Buford originally came to the shelter as a
stray and was adopted quickly but he came
back a while later and that was when I saw him
and figured he had to be a Beauceron or at
least a mix. He doesn't have the double dew
claws but it is impossible to say whether they
were removed or never there. We fostered
him for a little while but fell in love and
decided to adopt him ourselves. Buford is a big
boy, probably about 85 lbs, and easy-going. We
think he is around 4 years old. He has an
outstanding personality, loves kids, and is
great with other dogs including puppies and
small dogs which makes him super for working
with foster dogs - and I plan to certify him for
therapy work.
