The idea to design and sell pet related products came when I was looking for a way to help
finance my foster activities.
Foster animals need quality food, toys and chews, and occasionally extra things like collars
and leashed, scratching boards, ID tags, blankets and bowls. These things are generally not
provided by the shelters and rescue groups, but purchased by the foster parents themselves.
Then there are the added expenses of vacuum cleaner bags, cleaning products … and sofas,
floors, door panels … you get my drift!
The temporary house guests and family members also bring much laughter, tears and memories
– some in the shape of photos. These photos are the basis of my designs, but I also create
items I have myself missed. I am no artist, but I try to be creative.
Donations of designs, drawings, photos etc. are very welcome, as are suggestions for new
products.
I retain the right to share the income from this "store" with fellow foster parents and rescues
of my choice.
